TAG SALE FACTS AND QUESTIONS

Can I pick my particular space? In short, no. It is increasingly hard to assign a particular space to each person. If you have particular space requirements, please let us know AFTER you have purchased a space. 

How will I know my space number? A few days before the event, an email will go out showing where your space will be. Your space number corresponds with your invoice number, so please keep it handy. If you don't not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.


What happens if the weather is bad? This event is rain or shine. No refunds will be given for inclement weather.

Where do I park? We do not provide any specific places for vendors to park. There is no parking allowed at the main street lot during the event. In the past, some have parked across from Town Hall, the Library, along 21st Street, or the lot by Catoctin Distillery. 


When can we set up? Set up time will start at 6PM October 11th (the night before the event), but some spaces may not allow you to set up until 7PM


What time is the event? 8AM to 6PM


Where can I use the bathroom? Tentatively, we are having Johnny Blue bathrooms in designated lots.


Where can I dispose of the trash? We encourage you to leave your spaces as found. There will be a few trash cans in each lot, but once they are filled there aren't other options. 


What happens if spaces are sold out? We will keep a running list of people who want to participate. We are also hoping to secure another space/lot on main street.
